People will leave a church over politics before they will leave politics for a church.
1.5 hours on Sunday vs. 20 hours a week feeding on cable news and its political partisans ranting, is shaping a lot of people’s theology for the worse.
God will not be mocked
Does anybody else feel like cable news is just kinda weaponizing anger? If we were to watch 20 hours of documentaries I feel like we might actually learn something; I don’t think watching 20 hours of cable news would do anything other than make someone angry.
This is totally anecdotal; but I feel like the Christians in my life that are the most angry are the ones who watch the amount of news talked about here.
