I believe that the right small habits, practiced imperfectly

“I believe that the right small habits, practiced imperfectly, will make a huge difference in your life now and for eternity.” @dashhouse
Ok…I didn’t need to buy anymore books but I read somewhere that “8 Habits for Growth” was like “Atomic Habits” but for Christians and I immediately picked it up!
I’m a huge habit guy in that; I believe you are what you do everyd ay. If you paint every day you’re a painter, if you run every day you’re a runner, and if you practice discipleship every day then you’re a disciple. Whenever I want to see some kind of change in my life, I look at how I can alter my daily habits.
This book maps out a great framework for how to get started in this thinking. I’ve only gotten through the first lesson because I don’t think this is a book you roll through in an afternoon - it’s best taken a piece at a time. Over 8 chapters (well…obviously) Pastor Dash plots out a roadmap not for perfection but for effort in living this lifestyle of Christianity.
One note - I bought the Kindle version and after a little research it appears that the physical version has a great design aspect to it that’s missing in the digital. Take note!
This wasn’t the post I had planned for today but I was so excited about the content I bumped it up. This book has blessed me already and I pray it would do the same for all who read it! 🙌 Thanks Pastor Dash!
