I really enjoy listening to Erwin McManus - he’s been on this feed a few times before and I just really learn a lot from his perspective. Same thing when he was on Carey Nieuwhof’s podcast recently. This line in particular stood out to me as he was discussing his relationship with Lewis Howes and I really love the idea that it’s not a contest. I’m 100% all for apologetics but what I’m not for is intellectual competitions. I’m just not interested at all. You’ll win every time because I won’t even play.

He goes over *a lot* of topics about the church and especially the future of the church but this digression really stood out to me when I listened to it!
