I find EJ’s account on this app to be one of my favorite because his threads are always thought-provoking and challenging. This one is no exception.

One of the more interesting things I find about it is that based on whatever the national conversation is, we may be talking about different rights. Mandates, guns, politics, etc.

I can’t shake the feeling though that Jesus, Paul, James and all the others we read about in the New Testament were very much people of self-sacrifice.

I think sometimes I have the idea that to properly display what Jesus has given me, it involves the conversation about what I’ve sacrificed for Him. I don’t think “not a thing” is the correct answer right?
