The day of ‘good leaders’, who move forward organizations…

I’ve had a number of Pastor Duvall’s tweets saved in my ideas folder but I keep coming back to this one. I feel like you see it everywhere, large organizations that devour employees time resulting in diseased hearts (literally) and broken marriages. Organizations that bring kids together only for someone to be abused. Organizations that form for a cause that’s good and noble but managed in a way that’s shameful and yet we look the other way because “it does so much good.”

Is what an organization produces more important than the people it breaks? I would call someone out but this doesn’t appear to be an isolated experience at all. Like all things, apparently the solution is found in Jesus.
