When I’m not drawing pictures of octopuses and coffee cups I run a really small business writing enterprise software; go figure! 😅 I’ve known Ben for a while and I’ve always admired how he runs @knapsackco ; it’s a thoughtful business along the lines of a Basecamp or Balsamiq. I was pretty excited when he and Mark (@brandviva ) launched the Friday Habit; It’s an insightful look at taking deliberate action in building a profitable business and the tactics they discuss in this episodes are things I’m looking to change immediately! I can’t recommend it enough!
