I was asked to create some art for the Ruth & Boaz episode over at @faithadjacent and here it is!

So it was formerly the Bible Binge but with the name change they are going back and revisiting some earlier episodes. I always enjoy these; it’s like listening to a couple of friends who really understand the material presenting it in a way that’s informal and fun but *very* informative. Beyond the casting and the jokes it’s very apparent the dire situation that Ruth found herself in and what it took to survive much less prosper.

ART NOTE: In the episode they cast Jennifer Lawrence as Ruth and you can see in the timelapse where I was going down the road at first but I just couldn’t make it work. Also, there was no way I was going to color and shade 60 lbs of barley so it’s looks like an artistic decision to leave it white but friends I was LAAAZZZEEEEE.
