Here's the follow up verse from Dr. Mason:

“Brothers and sisters, if someone is overtaken in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual, restore such a person with a gentle spirit, watching out for yourselves so that you also won’t be tempted.”
Galatians 6:1

I’ll tell you why this quote stuck out to me.

I don’t find myself at my best when I’m most critical. Lacking in grace usually signifies to me that I’m having issues with pride or insecurity or something else. Ironically, when I’m most critical is when I find myself expecting the most grace from others while simultaneously having no grace to give.

It’s interesting that the armor that’s prescribed to put on here to combat temptation is a gentle spirit?
